Blogs are Dumb...and Now I Have One

I hate blogs. Well, I should use past tense on that statement: I used to hate blogs. Recently, I have found myself following other people's blogs, and I have heard so many people talk about reading blogs. I LOVE being able to read and catch up with people and look at pictures, so being the conformist I am, I want one. Laura Ann says that she will follow me, and I hope that she and some other people will. My rationale for getting a blog is that people probably want to know about the boys...right? I hope so because I do not want to be one of those people who blogs about "stuff" that no one cares about.

In my very first blog, I feel like I should explain the name of the BLOG. I am calling it "The E." Everyone calls Tom "Coach E," and everyone calls me "Mrs. E." During warm-up, the track team even goes as far to line up on the "E" in the Homewood that is written on the track. We are the E's, and this is all about the E's, so it is "The E."

I swear I won't blog all of the time, if for no other reason than I don't have time. I am shooting for once a week or once every two weeks. One feature that I would really like to include is a quote of the week. I have plenty of sources (John or the 75+ kids I teach everyday) for something that is moving or just plain funny.

This week's quote - "Mom, look. Your toilet paper is wrestling mine. It's like people." Yeah, I know it sounds weird, but it is pretty deep if you think about it.
